25-49 lbs - 2 teaspoons (1/3 oz) in AM, 1 teaspoon (1/6 oz) in PM.
50-100 lbs - 2 teaspoons (1/3 oz) in AM, 2 teaspoons (1/3 oz) in PM.
Over 100 lbs - 3 teaspoons (1/2 oz) in AM, 3 teaspoons (1/2 oz) in PM.

Under 1100 lbs - 2 oz.
Over 1100 lbs - 3 oz.
