Refunds are made under certain circumstances within 30 days of purchase, and may be subject to a restocking fee. Please do not return product you have mostly used. You must email sales@21stcenturyorganics.com and request a return authorization. Without an RA, your return will not get processed. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We are always happy to exchange product. Please be aware that you will be responsible for return shipping charges. Also, please understand that there are no refunds on AQUA SILK as the product is very expensive to produce, is safe and works for everyone, and does not travel well, so cannot be reshipped / returned.
